Had a great tempo run yesterday. It was pretty much the first organized workout i’ve done since xc and it went excellently! Ran 4 miles on the track in 23:19 (averaged ~5:51).
I felt like crap for like 2.5 miles after a pretty quick first mile but I really felt like I was rolling the last 1600m.
Followed the tempo up with 4x200m @ 32-34 to get the legs moving.
Finished the week with a little over 60 miles.
God I need to race.
